OnePageCRM Review 2025

This small business CRM was tested and reviewed by Samuel. With 6+ years of SaaS experience, he’s been creating clear, actionable content to make sales easier to manage, and CRMs, less overwhelming.

Most small business CRMs feel like they were designed by engineers for engineers. They come packed with hundreds of features, dozens of tabs, and enough complexity to make your head spin.

OnePageCRM does things differently.

Instead of building another feature-packed monster, it stripped away everything except what actually helps you organize contacts better and sell more.

We spent several weeks putting OnePageCRM through real-world testing to see how this minimalist approach compares to other CRM tools. The results might surprise you, especially if you’ve written off all CRMs as too complicated for your small business.

To keep comparisons fair and consistent across all small business CRM solutions, we use a VIS scale. VIS stands for Value, Impact, and Speed. You can see how it’s calculated here.

Overview of OnePageCRM for Small Business

Unlike most other CRMs that are filled with extra functionalities you won’t need, OnePageCRM only includes features required to organize contacts, track leads, and grow sales.

The first thing you’ll notice when you log in is the super intuitive interface. OnePageCRM was intentionally designed for simplicity, and as such, the interface houses the least amount of tabs and modules you’ll find in any other small business CRM.

What’s more impressive is that you only need one of these tabs to handle your whole business. You can manage leads, schedule follow-ups, send and receive emails, make calls, advance deals, and so much more—all from a single page dubbed the Action Stream.

manage whole business from onepagecrm

The Action Stream was designed with the idea that the more sales actions you carry out, the more deals you can close. It organizes all your leads into a single list that shows what step you need to take next. Each lead is ordered by urgency, so the most pressing follow-ups appear at the top of the contact list.

That being said, OnePageCRM isn’t just for small businesses looking for a sales management tool. This simple CRM is equipped with customization options for hiding sales features you don’t want to use (or see!). That way, you can focus on client management.

This small business CRM also features simple automated workflows, product or service catalog, lead capture, and data enrichment, amongst other useful tools. And if you want to access more functionality, you can integrate the CRM with more than 40 business apps.

One of the best things about OnePageCRM is that it’s one of the most affordable CRM solutions for small businesses. Despite costing just $9.95, it still includes all the features you need and will use.

While OnePageCRM does not include native marketing automation features, it has robust integrations with marketing tools like Mailchimp to achieve the same results.

Now we’ll walk through each feature category to show you how these tools work in practice.

Contact Management

In OnePageCRM, you can create an unlimited number of contacts or import them from a file (CSV or Excel) or Google Contacts. Another option is to use the free add-on (Lead Clipper) to pull the contact details directly from any web pages, social media profiles, or your email inbox.

You can see all of your contacts and their associated organizations in a traditional A-to-Z list:

onepagecrm contact list

However, OnePageCRM also automatically prioritizes contacts in a color-coded Action Stream and sorts them according to how urgently you need to interact with them. This dynamic approach to contact management is quite powerful.

In just a couple of clicks, you can select multiple contacts, reschedule follow-ups, create filters and segments, update tags, or assign leads to another team member. You can also send bulk emails or merge multiple contacts into one record.

onepagecrm prioritized list of contacts

And if you mistakenly delete a contact or deal, you can easily restore it.

Each contact page is a 360° profile containing the entire customer journey. There, you can manage their contact details, follow-up tasks, deals, notes, and quotes. You can also make calls, open the contact’s WhatsApp DM with a click, and send and receive emails.

onepagecrm actionable contact profile

OnePageCRM will automatically keep a timeline of all activities for each contact. They are neatly organized in the bottom section of the Contact page, so that you can focus on pending and future tasks without getting distracted by such a non-urgent detail.

And if you need some more context about the contact, OnePageCRM has a free lead enrichment tool that completes your CRM contacts with publicly available data.

Since OnePageCRM is built for contact management, rather than contact storing, it also hides unnecessary fields under the ‘Show all’ button. This approach avoids cognitive and visual overload and helps you focus only on actively working with contacts via email, call, tags, and a few other actionable buttons:

Follow-up Tracking

This small business CRM is well-known for its ability to track follow-ups. Unlike other CRMs that treat tasks as simple to-dos, OnePageCRM ensures that every task in your database is tied directly to moving a lead or deal forward.

Every contact in OnePageCRM can have a task attached to it, called a Next Action.

When you complete a Next Action, the system immediately prompts you to add another. This keeps the momentum going and ensures you’re always taking the next step with each lead.

onepagecrm next action

These Next Actions are organized into an Action Stream. It is a single list that automatically sorts contacts by due date, so you always know what needs attention first.

To make it even easier, each task is color-coded: red for overdue actions, orange for those due today, and grey for anything scheduled further out.

However, to keep your database clean, OnePageCRM doesn’t support general to-do lists unrelated to leads or sales. For example, if you want to set a reminder to order office supplies, you’ll need to log this into a to-do app instead.

Pipeline Management

In OnePageCRM, you can organize deals in Kanban and move them through the pipeline stages using drag and drop.

onepagecrm sales pipeline

If the default pipeline stages don’t suit your small business, OnePageCRM allows you to customize them as you deem fit. Full customization is available across all subscription plans.

You can also switch to Forecast view to see the value of your pipeline and predict your revenue. And at the bottom of the pipeline, you’ll find a list of all your deals, along with details like associated contacts, amount, stage, and reason (if the deal is lost).

Side note: If you have a Business subscription, you can create pipelines to deliver the products or services you’ve sold. It’s a light project management tool of sorts.

Deal Management

You can either import deals into the CRM system or create them from scratch in just a few clicks.

Each deal has a dedicated page that shows the connected contacts, the Next Action required to move it forward, and the due date. You can also edit the deal’s basic information, send quotes, manage invoices, and advance it to the next stage with a single click. The page includes a full timeline of all interactions and events related to the deal.

onepagecrm deal details

A part of OnePageCRM’s deal management functionality is the built-in product and services catalog. This lets you add the items you sell, set their prices, and then quickly pull them into new deals. This saves time compared to typing everything out manually each time.

In OnePageCRM, you can also trigger automated sales quotes for every new deal with the Autoflow feature:

These sales quotes will automatically pull data from your Catalog and insert it into the email.

Email Sync

OnePageCRM lets you set up a full two-way sync with Gmail or Outlook. This means you can send and receive emails directly from inside the CRM, while also keeping a complete history of all messages.

The sync is smart, too—it only pulls in emails connected to people in your CRM, so you don’t end up cluttering the system with unrelated messages.

Keep in mind: According to its public Roadmap, OnePageCRM will release a two-way email sync using IMAP/SMTP. This will enable you to connect your email inbox to OnePageCRM, even if you don’t use Gmail or Outlook.

Collaboration

OnePageCRM includes several tools to make collaboration seamless.

You can assign contacts, follow-ups, and deals to teammates right inside the CRM. Notes can be shared easily, and you can tag team members with “@” mentions to keep them updated on specific details. Reports can also be generated and shared so the whole team stays aligned.

Furthermore, OnePageCRM’s Team Stream gives you visibility into what your team members are working on, whether it’s contacts, deals, or activities.

onepagecrm team workspace

And if you need to bring in external collaborators, like consultants or freelancers, you can add them as Focused Users. They’ll get their own workspace, but won’t be able to access what you and your team members are working on.

Duplicate Management

Duplicate management in OnePageCRM is built right into the Action Stream. Simply click on the “Find Duplicates” filter, and the system will flag any records that look like duplicates. From there, you can decide which ones to merge.

duplicated leads in crm

If you’re dealing with several duplicates across multiple contacts, the bulk merge feature makes cleanup faster by letting you handle them all in one go.

On top of that, when creating a new contact, OnePageCRM alerts you if it already exists in your system.

Centralized Workspace

The centralized workspace in OnePageCRM is dubbed the Action Stream, and it’s one of the small business CRM’s top features.

This is the first page you’ll land on when you log into your account, and from just that one tab, you can manage your whole sales cycle, from first contact down to sales.

Here’s how it works…

In addition to letting you add contacts, the Action Stream automatically organizes them according to how urgently they need to be followed up on.

Click on one and you’ll see their scrollable profile containing information about their entire journey. There, you can manage basic details, add and complete next actions, build and advance deals, send and receive emails, create quotes, write notes, manage invoices—and keep a complete record of every interaction.

onepagecrm centralized workspace

Your list of contacts and follow-up actions appears on the left, while the profile you select opens on the right. This split-view layout makes it easy to review a profile, take the next action, and then immediately move on to the next one in your queue—all on the same page.

No wonder the small business CRM software was named OnePageCRM.

Dashboard and Reporting

OnePageCRM comes with a simple dashboard that gives an overview of your sales pipeline. There, you’ll see the total number of contacts, actions, notes, and deals.

You’ll also see visual presentations of various KPIs, like Deals lost by reason, Won deals vs target, Deals by user, and a few others.

onepagecrm simple dashboard

You can generate custom reports and download them, or have them automatically emailed to you or your team members regularly.

It’s worth mentioning that OnePageCRM doesn’t gate either of these features behind its more expensive plan. You can use the Dashboard even on the lowest plan.

Automations

Workflow automations are built into OnePageCRM and are available on any plan. Using the Autoflow feature, you can set up events to take place when certain conditions are met.

onepagecrm automated workflow builder

You can capture contacts automatically, as well. Lead Clipper lets you grab contact details from your email inbox, social media profiles, or any website you come across. Webforms, on the other hand, capture information from visitors on your site and feed it straight into your CRM.

Keep in mind: According to OnePageCRM’s public Roadmap, the team is working on releasing the automated email sequences feature in the near future.

Integrations

OnePageCRM connects seamlessly with popular business tools like Gmail, Outlook, QuickBooks, Xero, and Mailchimp, along with more than 35 other apps.

onepagecrm app marketplace

If you need to go further, you can use Zapier or Webhooks to link the CRM with thousands of additional services. And for teams that want complete control, API access is available for you to build custom integrations.

Mobile App

OnePageCRM has a mobile CRM available for iOS and Android devices. With this app, you can create new records, prioritize contacts, access each contact’s full information, follow up with opportunities, and take on deal management tasks.

onepagecrm mobile app

The app also has a built-in business card scanner for capturing contact details, and even sends push notifications to help you stay on top of follow-ups and important tasks.

Besides the mobile CRM, OnePageCRM has an AI route planning app for field sales. As the name implies, this tool not only helps you map out the most efficient route to visit contacts in person, but also features a free Speed Dialer.

Ease of Use

OnePageCRM is easily the most user-friendly small business CRM on the market. It has an intuitive interface with just a few tabs and modules, so you can move around the system with ease and speed.

The Action Stream looks and feels like an email inbox, while contact pages resemble social media profiles. By intentionally mirroring familiar layouts, OnePageCRM makes it easier and quicker for new users to settle in.

onepagecrm familiar interface

Even the font style and page layouts are tailored for simplicity. With big fonts and minimal text on the pages, it’s easy to keep eyeballs on what you’re working on. That’s also why the Next Action area (your immediate task) is highlighted in light blue.

onepagecrm visible layout

As a lean tool by design, OnePageCRM offers only the essential features you need for managing contacts and driving sales. Because there’s no clutter, the learning curve is almost nonexistent.

To make things even smoother, you can customize the CRM to hide any features, modules, or tabs you don’t use.

With the Action Stream and the single-tab layout, you can manage contacts and close deals without having to bounce between different parts of the CRM system.

This small business CRM also features a drag-and-drop pipeline and lets you update records in one click.

OnePageCRM has an average rating of 4.7/5 on G2 from over 220 reviews. Users appreciate how the tool is lean and focuses on sales and customer relationship management.

Customer Support

Small businesses often don’t have the time, personnel, or technical know-how to troubleshoot problems on their own when using CRM software.

OnePageCRM addresses this by offering the same level of support no matter which plan you’re on. Yes, it doesn’t matter whether it’s the free trial, the Professional plan, or the Business subscription.

onepagecrm free vip customer support

Support is available through phone, email, live chat, and even virtual conferencing with screen sharing. Thanks to this, you can reach the team in whatever way works best for you.

Beyond direct support, OnePageCRM provides a range of self-help resources. There’s a knowledge base (dubbed Help Site) filled with useful articles. Then, there’s the Sales Academy. It offers free certification courses to help small businesses get the most out of the platform.

On top of that, the OnePageCRM team runs live demos and hosts webinars—both bi-weekly live sessions and pre-recorded options—so users can learn at their own pace or get hands-on guidance.

OnePageCRM Pricing Structure

OnePageCRM offers just two paid plans, and both include the core functionality.

The pricing philosophy here seems to be about providing value rather than maximizing revenue per customer.

You won’t encounter the common CRM tactic of putting essential features behind premium paywalls. Instead, the main differences between plans relate to more advanced capabilities, not basic functions you can’t live without.

How Much Does OnePageCRM Cost?

The lowest plan (Professional) costs $9.95 per user/month, which makes it one of (if not) the most affordable small business CRMs out there. This entry plan covers all the essentials your small business might need.

For more advanced features, like email open tracking or scheduling, you’ll need to upgrade to the Business plan, which also happens to be affordable ($19.95 per user/month).

According to its public Roadmap, OnePageCRM is also going to release IMAP/SMTP as well as email sequences features very soon.

onepagecrm pricing plans

Its pricing is so affordable because OnePageCRM doesn’t try to be an all-in-one tool. Instead, it integrates with other industry-leading apps. For example, you can trigger email automations in Mailchimp in your OnePageCRM account.

All new customers begin with a 21-day free trial of the Business plan. Once it elapses, you can then choose and pay for whichever plan you want.

In addition, all plans come equipped with extra free tools, including Lead Clipper and Web Forms.

Like any small business CRM, OnePageCRM’s prices may change. So, please check out the pricing page for the most up-to-date information.

Is OnePageCRM Pricing Affordable for Small Businesses?

At $9.95 per user per month, OnePageCRM costs about the same as a Netflix subscription.

For that price, you’re getting a complete CRM system with unlimited contacts, substantial storage, and all the core features needed to manage your sales process.

The CRM system works fully even on the lowest plan. It handles contact management, pipeline tracking, team collaboration, and two-way email sync without restrictions that cripple your workflow. In fact, the core Action Stream and follow-up features work the same as they do on the more expensive plan.

When you do need to upgrade to the Business plan, the jump to $19.95 feels justified. That’s because you’re getting meaningful additions like email tracking, email scheduling, and even light project management.

What makes OnePageCRM particularly affordable is the absence of hidden costs. There are no implementation fees, no charges for customer support, and no paid add-ons.

The transparent pricing means you can accurately budget for your CRM costs without worrying about unexpected expenses.

Final Verdict: Is OnePageCRM the Best CRM for Small Businesses?

OnePageCRM proves that sometimes less really is more. This CRM succeeds by focusing relentlessly on one thing: helping small businesses follow up with every lead and move deals forward consistently. It doesn’t try to be an all-in-one business platform, and that’s precisely what makes it so effective.

Instead of just storing information about your contacts, OnePageCRM constantly prompts you to take the next step with each opportunity. This approach means leads don’t get forgotten, follow-ups don’t get missed, and deals keep moving through your pipeline.

For small businesses that sell through direct relationships and personal outreach, this CRM provides exactly what you need without the complexity that slows you down.

Your team will actually use this CRM system because it makes their jobs easier, not harder. The familiar interface eliminates training time, and the one-page workflow means everyone stays productive.

According to our criteria (Value, Impact, and Speed), OnePageCRM’s fit for small businesses is High.
