The more custom fields you add, the harder it gets to find the one you need. A long list of fields without any structure slows you down.
In OnePageCRM, Section Dividers let you group related custom fields under labeled headings across your contact, organization, and deal pages.
Go to Settings, open Custom Fields, and add a Section Divider wherever you want a visual break. Give it a name, and drag it into place.
Any fields below that divider belong to that section—until the next divider starts a new group.
They help keep your CRM data clean and structured.
Say you have fifteen custom fields on a contact profile. Some are for billing, some for project details, and others for personal preferences.
Without dividers, all fifteen fields sit in a single list. Finding the one you need takes longer than it should, especially when you’re on a call and need information fast.
Add three Section Dividers—Billing, Project, and Preferences—and each group of fields gets its own clearly labeled section. Your contact page reads like a well-organized document, not a spreadsheet.
It’s a simple change that removes visual noise and makes your CRM easier to work with every day.
