Automation works best when it matches your real workflow. But if the trigger you need isn’t available, you end up doing it manually.

In OnePageCRM, Autoflow now supports new triggers and operations to cover more of your day-to-day sales process.

When to use the new Autoflow options

Autoflow lets you pick a trigger and pair it with one or more operations.

With the new triggers and operations, you can automate workflows that weren’t possible before. Here are a few examples.

1. Post-sale reminders

A sales cycle closes when you mark a deal as won or lost. That’s the natural end of a process. But what comes next is just as important.

With the new Sales Cycle Closed trigger, you can automatically add a Next Action to revisit the contact in 180 days or send an email.

Six months later, you get a reminder to check in, ask for a referral, or explore an upsell.

2. Delivery pipeline automation

Not every small business uses a sales pipeline in the CRM.

If you mostly deliver projects, then a Delivery Pipeline works just fine.

In this case, once a new deal is created in the Delivery Pipeline, the contact’s status should reflect that. They’re no longer a prospect. They’re a client.

With the Deal Created trigger now available for Delivery Pipelines, you can automatically update the contact’s status to Client.

3. Lost deal cleanup

When a deal is lost, you often update a Custom Field to log the reason. Maybe it’s price, timing, or a competitor.

With the Custom Field Updated trigger, you can pair that step with an automatic Close Sales Cycle operation. The moment the Reasons Lost field is filled in, the CRM closes the sales cycle for that contact.

This keeps your Action Stream clean from inactive leads.

To set it up: go to More → Autoflow → + New Autoflow and choose from the new triggers and operations.
