When you send your prospect a proposal, you’d like to hear back as soon as possible. But this doesn’t happen often.
In OnePageCRM, you can now receive email notifications when a tracked email is opened, ignored, read multiple times, or reopened months later.
When you send an email from OnePageCRM with open tracking enabled, you can turn on notifications for it.
You have a few notification types to choose from.
For example, you send a pricing quote to a warm lead on Monday morning. An hour later, you get a notification that they opened it.
That’s a good sign. The lead is actively reviewing your proposal. You know you don’t need to follow up yet, but you now know for sure that your email was delivered and read.
This helps you time your follow-ups based on real activity, not guesswork.
You send a cold intro to a prospect on Tuesday. By Wednesday afternoon, you get a notification that they haven’t opened it.
That tells you something. Maybe the subject line didn’t land. Maybe the email went to spam. Either way, you know it’s time to try a different approachβa new subject line, a phone call, or a message on WhatsApp.
A contact opens your proposal six times in two days. That’s not casual browsing. They’re likely sharing it internally or comparing it against other options.
This notification is a strong buying signal. It’s a great moment to reach out, offer to answer questions, or suggest a quick call.
For a small service business, catching this moment is a goldmine.
Six months ago, you sent a detailed proposal to a prospect. They were interested at first, but then went quiet, and the deal stalled.
Then one day, you get a notification. They re-opened that email.
Something changed on their end. Maybe the budget freed up. Maybe the competing solution didn’t work out. Whatever the reason, this is your window to re-engage.
Without this notification, you’d never know.
