Most of the time, you work from the desk, reviewing contacts on your computer. Every time you need to make a phone call, this interrupts your process.

In OnePageCRM, you can find a contact in the web browser, send a notification to your phone, and your phone is ready to dial that contact.

When to use Call via Cellphone

Click the call button on any contact page in OnePageCRM. A push notification is sent to the mobile CRM on your phone. Tap it, and the call begins.

Once the call ends, the mobile app prompts you to log the result and add notes. Just like the Speed Dialer.

1. Quick calls

Every day you work through your Action Stream. But most likely, from your computer.

If one of the follow-up reminders requires you to make a phone call, you no longer need to do this manually.

Instead of reaching for your phone and looking up the number, send a call notification to your cellphone.

2. Pre-meeting context

Before dialing, you often want to scan the contact’s notes, recent emails, and deal history.

That’s easier on a bigger screen.

Get the context on your computer and initiate the call from your phone.

3. Call notes

If calls are made from a phone, the notes don’t always make it back into the CRM. The call happened, but there’s no record of it.

With Call via Cellphone, the call is initiated from OnePageCRM. So the mobile CRM prompts you to log it as soon as you hang up.

The call result, notes, and any follow-up actions are recorded on the contact’s page.

To use it: open any Contact page on desktop → Call dropdown → Call (via cell phone). You need to install the OnePageCRM mobile app first.
