The History

OnePageCRM was founded in 2009 after a disappointing search of existing CRMs. None of which actually helped you sell better.


  • 2009OnePageCRM founded
    From a napkin sketch; the first designs of a GTD-based CRM were sketched in December.
    Its manifesto: to focus 100% on sales actions, approach zero admin and be as easy to use as email.
  • 2010MVP launched
    On 22nd March, the “Minimal Viable Product” version of OnePageCRM was published in public beta to gauge interest in such concept.
    On day one, bloggers and Twitter folk cite this interesting new concept.
  • 2011Viable business
    After some pivots, iterations, learning, more iterations, OnePageCRM gets traction with a bunch of paying customers.
    In November it becomes a viable business and our main focus.
  • 2012Enhanced features
    After receiving great customer feedback we finalize our product roadmap.
    Some core features added for complex team-to-team based selling, mobile and API for developers.
  • 2013Business expansion
    OnePageCRM expands with a small team of Customer Success staff to build Zappos-style support and customer delight.
    This marks a turning point in growth and validates our investment in people.
  • 20146,000 user milestone
    A bunch of awesome engineers join the team to fulfill customer expectations in web and mobile applications.
    During the year we hit a milestone of over 6,000 happy paying users!
  • 2015Streamlined application
    Added flexible billing using Stripe and Xero invoicing for our growing customer base.
    And to cap off the year, a facelift to the application, making OnePageCRM one of the best user experiences available on the web.
