Table of contents

Not every small business uses Gmail or Outlook. If your email runs on Yahoo, Apple iCloud, or an Exchange Server, you still need an email sync.

In OnePageCRM, you can add any email provider and sync communication using the IMAP/SMTP connection.

When to use IMAP/SMTP

If your email provider isn’t Gmail or Outlook 365, IMAP/SMTP lets you sync your inbox to OnePageCRM.

Many small businesses use email addresses hosted through a third-party provider. Some consultants have been using iCloud or Yahoo Mail for a decade.

Switching an email provider just for CRM sync isn’t practical. Your CRM should work with what you already have in place.

IMAP/SMTP lets you keep your existing email setup and leverage OnePageCRM’s email features.

Once connected, you can send and receive emails from inside the CRM, track email opens, and more.

No need to forward emails manually or change how you work.

To set it up: go to Email → Configuration → IMAP/SMTP.
