Track relationships between contacts

Link and visualize connections between CRM contacts.

Referrals from happy customers are one of the best growth channels for small businesses. But the majority don’t keep track of their biggest advocates.

In OnePageCRM, you can link any two contacts and define the nature of their connection.

When to use Contact Relationships

You can link any contact in your CRM account to another contact and define that relationship.

Once linked, both contact profiles will display the connection.

It’s especially useful for real estate agents or other businesses working with multiple interconnected third parties.

1. Referral tracking

It often happens that a new lead mentions they were sent your way by an existing client. The sales rep makes a note of it, but it never makes it into the CRM.

Three months later, the deal closes. Nobody remembers who made the introduction. But keeping track of your biggest fans can help you grow referrals faster.

Link the two contacts at the start and label the connection as a referral. The source stays visible on the contact’s page, and you know exactly who to thank and how many new customers they’ve already referred to you.

2. Multiple decision-makers

Closing a B2B deal often involves more than one person. There’s the contact you’ve been talking to, a manager who controls the budget, and someone in legal who needs to sign off.

Without a way to connect them in your CRM, each conversation lives in isolation. What you learn from one doesn’t carry over to the others.

Link all three contacts and label their roles. The full picture of who’s involved is visible from any one of their pages.

3. Warm introductions

Some of your best prospects are already connected to your existing clients. They might work in the same sector or know each other from a previous role.

That type of connection is easy to miss.

If you map those connections as you go, your outreach stands a better chance of success. It’s no longer a cold email. A warm introduction can go a long way.

To set it up: open any Contact page and add their Relationships.
