When you need contacts who match one set of criteria and exclude another, a basic filter isn’t enough.
In OnePageCRM, Advanced Filters let you combine multiple segments using Include, Exclude, and In Common logic.
Start by creating and saving the individual filters. Then, decide how you want to combine them using Include, Exclude, or In Common.
This segment can be saved and used just like any other filter—in your contact list or pipelines.
Say you want to send a personalized email to leads in the US. But you need to exclude anyone who’s already a customer.
Create one filter for US-based leads and another for contacts with the Customer status. Combine them with the Exclude rule, and that’s it. This Advanced Filter returns a list of prospects for precise outreach.
One day, you might host a webinar, which is open to both leads and customers.
In this case, the same invite should go to two groups of people: your prospects and your clients.
With Advanced Filters, you don’t need to build two separate segments or send two separate emails. Instead, you can combine both audiences in one list and send them one email.
Let’s say you have a Saved Filter for top-tier clients. It’s based on a Custom Field.
Not all of these VIP clients have pending deals. However, if they do, they are great upsell opportunities.
Create a Filter with the Deal Status set to “Pending.” Then, choose In Common with the Saved Filter that has top-tier clients.
The CRM will show you all of your VIP contacts with an open deal.
