The development team here in OnePageCRM have been working at full steam adding new features to our main desktop application. Now that isn’t to say, we’ve forgotten the importance of our mobile app for our customers. In fact, we’ve spent the past couple of weeks focusing our efforts on bringing mobile functionality closer to that of our main app. We are delighted to announce that we’ve added Team Stream and Custom Filters to mobile, giving you more control over your contacts across your team while on the road.
If you’re one of those users that cooperates closely with your sales team then this feature is great for you! With the Team Stream, you can now view your team members contacts when you’re out of the office. Simply select the Team Stream menu option and choose a team member whose contacts you need to view.
This feature is ideal for keeping the bigger picture of the company’s sales activities in mind. It is especially useful for sales teams who are not always in the office at the same time and need to keep each other up to date on the status of a contact.
Custom filters were highly sought after by customers who use our mobile app daily. Use custom filters to quickly segment and identify your contacts based on the filter criteria; e.g: leads from online advertising or prospects with pending deals that are nearing close. Save your filters in the desktop app and run them in mobile when needed. This is great for focusing your communication style towards a selected group of contacts, to respond to their specific requirements.
Our mobile app now supports a global view and search across filters such as Status, Tags and Deals. This means that all contacts in your account will be displayed when you filter by any of these options regardless of their owner.
