When to use multiple email sync

Once email accounts are synced, emails from both appear on your contact pages and in the CRM’s Email page.

Use multiple email sync for separating client communication from prospecting, managing shared inboxes, or handling different brands.

1. Centralized data

Many salespeople use one address for cold outreach and another for ongoing client relationships.

Without both accounts synced, the CRM misses half the communication. To get a full picture, you end up checking two inboxes separately.

With both email accounts in OnePageCRM, all emails show up on the relevant contact pages.

2. Multiple inboxes

Some businesses have a shared inbox like info@ or sales@ alongside each team member’s personal address.

If only one is synced, emails sent from the shared address don’t appear in the CRM.

Sync both, and the full picture is always there, regardless of which address was used.

3. Multiple brands

If you run more than one business or operate under different brand names, you likely have separate email addresses for each.

Syncing both lets you manage relationships across brands from a single CRM account.

When composing an email, just pick the right address from the drop-down.

To set it up: go to Email → Configuration → + Add Email Account.
