About the speakers
Ari is the Director of Customer Success at Tribe, a community platform for businesses. As the Director of Customer Success, Ari leads all of the company’s customer activities including frontline and technical support, customer success, revenue operations, and billing. Outside of Tribe, Ari is an active investor and advisor in the startup space primarily in Canada and the US. He’s also an active volunteer in a number non-profit organizations in the community.
Ken is the Director of Customer Success at Help Scout, the customer support platform for growing businesses. He has over seven years of experience in the software-as-a-service space including building and leading customer success teams, enabling customer success operations, and being the direct point of contact for customer relationships. He’s worked with customers across all industries and has deep expertise in the HR, legal, and support verticals.
