Position Overview

As the Partnerships Lead at OnePageCRM, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnerships strategy, with a particular emphasis on fostering relationships that enhance our market presence and drive growth.

This role requires a resourceful individual who can identify and engage with potential partners across various domains including Strategic, Solutions, Affiliate, and Integration partnerships.

Responsibilities

Partnership Development:

  • Track and be responsible for go-to-market plans (GTM), pipeline, and revenue, that indicate partner success. Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders, showcasing the impact of partnerships on business metrics.
  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners that align with OnePageCRM’s vision and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Execute a scalable and in-depth onboarding experience for partners.
  • Collaborate with integration partners to develop a strong regional plan and manage co-marketing activities such as blog posts, newsletters, events, webinars, etc.
  • Maintain and support ongoing partner relationships, including integration, channel, and affiliate partners to drive user acquisition and engagement, increase revenue growth, and expand market reach.
  • Identify and engage with potential integration partners to enhance the functionality and value of OnePageCRM.
  • Work cross-functionally with our internal teams to ensure our partners have the support and materials they need to succeed
  • Build long-term relationships with key sponsors and stakeholders in our partner and customer ecosystem.

Business Development:

  • Identify gaps, lead growth, and expansion plans.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive user acquisition through various channels.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, shareable content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Implement strategies to leverage the product as a growth engine.
  • Act as a brand Ambassador and represent OnePageCRM’s international customer base, both towards external and internal stakeholders.
  • Influencing team culture through leadership and collaboration.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and partnerships (5+ years).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and the technology industry / SaaS.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Experience in leadership/management.
