The Mistral AI CRM integration connects it to OnePageCRM. Once connected, the AI can research your leads, update your CRM, write your emails, automate routine work, and do a lot more.
Mistral AI can take on the CRM work you would normally do by hand. You describe what you need in ordinary words, and the AI carries it out in OnePageCRM. For instance, you can ask it to:

The Mistral CRM integration can help you automate recurring work. For instance, you can have it go through your CRM every Monday morning and send you the follow-ups that are overdue.
The AI can also automate work across the other apps you connect to it. If you connect Stripe, for example, you can ask the AI to find your unpaid invoices and set a follow-up in OnePageCRM for every customer who still owes you.

Model Context Protocol, if you want the full name. It's a shared standard that OnePageCRM supports and Mistral AI understands, which is why the two connect directly and nothing like Zapier has to sit in the middle. You allow the connection once, and the technical part ends there.
In Mistral's chatbot, create a custom connector and point it at OnePageCRM's MCP server URL. OnePageCRM then asks you to sign in and say what the AI may do, and once you agree, the two are linked. Every step is in the setup guide above.
For the connector side, yes. Custom connectors are a paid Mistral feature, so the integration needs one of those plans. Your OnePageCRM plan, on the other hand, can be any of them, because the MCP is part of each one, trial included.
