As much or as little as you allow. When you connect, you pick an access level. Read-only means ChatGPT can answer questions but never touch your data. Give it more access and it can create and update contacts, companies, deals, notes, calls, meetings, and follow-ups. You can change the level later by disconnecting and connecting again.
The connection only exists because you approved it, and it only does what its access level allows. Nothing is shared until you sign in and give the okay. If you change your mind, remove the app in your ChatGPT settings and the access is gone.
