Leave the admin work to Claude

Admin tasks and other repetitive work take too much time out of your day. Once Claude is connected to OnePageCRM, it handles all that work for you. Tell it things like “Log my call with Jane about the spring order and remind me to follow up on Friday”, and it’s done.

Claude can also help you add new contacts and deals, schedule and reschedule follow-ups, turn your call transcripts into notes, and more.

Know what's going on in your business—in seconds

Your CRM holds the answers to a lot of good questions. Which deals have gone quiet? Who’s overdue a follow-up? Which customers might buy again? Ask Claude in plain words, and it looks through your database and reports back.

It can also do homework for you. Ask it to research a contact, and it saves what it finds as a note in that person’s profile.

Build reports & dashboards without lifting a finger

Reports usually mean exports, filters, and formulas. With Claude connected, you won’t have to deal with any of that. Ask for a dashboard of this quarter’s pipeline, your win rate, or your team’s numbers, and it draws the charts for you from your CRM data.

You can ask for it as a simple page or as a slide for your next meeting.

FAQ about Claude CRM integration

  • What is MCP?

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It's a standard way to connect an AI tool, like Claude, to another app, like your CRM. Once they're connected, the AI can look things up and make updates in that app for you.

You stay in control of how much it's allowed to do.
  • Why connect Claude to a CRM?

A CRM is only useful when it's up to date, and keeping it up to date takes time. With Claude connected, you can say what you want in plain words, like "log this call" or "set a reminder for Friday", and it happens in your CRM right away.

You do less typing, and your records stay current.
  • What can Claude do inside OnePageCRM?

Claude can work with almost everything in your account: contacts, companies, deals, notes, calls, meetings, and Actions. It can create new records, update existing ones, and search through them all.

In practice, that means it can add a lead, log a call, move a deal along, set your next follow-up, or pull together a report, whatever you ask for.
  • Do I need a paid Claude plan?

Yes. Claude only allows connectors on its paid plans, so a free Claude account won't work. Any paid plan will do, and that rule comes from Claude's side, not ours.
  • Which OnePageCRM plan do I need?

Any of them, and the free trial counts too. The one requirement is that you're a standard user on the account. Restricted user accounts (we call them Focused Users) can't use the connection.
  • Is it safe to give AI access to my CRM?

You decide how much access Claude gets when you connect, anywhere from read-only to full access. If you'd rather it only looks things up and never changes anything, pick read-only.

You can change the access level or disconnect completely at any time.
  • Does OnePageCRM work with other AI tools besides Claude?

It does. The same connection works with ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, and Mistral. Whichever AI tool you use day to day, you can bring your CRM into it.
  • Do I need to know anything technical to use it?

No. You connect once by following a short setup guide, and from then on you just ask for things the way you'd ask a colleague. There's nothing to build and no settings to learn.
