OnePageCRM helps you answer one question: who do I get in touch with next.
Some questions are wider than that. Which Leads in London came from a trade show? Which Customers still have no email address on file?
When asking these questions, you also want to see only a fraction of data associated with them instead of the full context.
That’s what a List View can do.
Look at the data slice you want
Filter or search your contacts the way you normally would, then click List. Every contact in that filter will be in a table, with one column for each detail.
The table is also easy to read because:
- statuses appear as colored labels,
- LinkedIn profiles and company websites are links you can click,
- and you can star contacts or hover over them to see their Next Actions, without leaving the List View.
For now, you can look but not edit. To change something, click the contact’s name, and their page will open.
Customize List Views
To put it simply, a List View is a saved set of columns. And it’s up to you to decide which ones you want to display.
Custom fields, addresses, job titles, organization details. Drag them into the order you want, click any column header to sort, name the View, and mark it as your default.
Export
Previously, if you wanted to export data from OnePageCRM, you'd get a big spreadsheet with all the fields. With the List View, you can decide which columns go into the exported file.
Once you build a List View, just hit download. The file has all the contacts in the filter with the columns you specified.
You can even take it one step further and clean up your CRM data. Add the Contact ID column, download the contacts, tidy them up, and use Merge Import to update them in the CRM.
Where this fits
This year has been about making OnePageCRM a better place to spend your day.
We’ve done a bunch of improvements to the UI, released Dark Mode, and built an MCP server, so you can work with your CRM in Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools.
List View is the next piece. Your data is now laid out the way you want it, while your Action Stream stays as clean as it was.
Ready to try it? Filter your contacts, click List, and start customizing the view.
