Position Overview

We are looking for an engagement-driven Community & Social Media Manager who has a profound passion for cultivating communities, understands the influential impact of building connections, and has a proven ability to get traction.

Your mission is to enhance our brand’s visibility on social media by embodying an interactive and bold approach, constantly seeking attention, and actively engaging to bring our brand to life in a helpful and personalized manner.


  • Participate in discussions on relevant trending topics across social media platforms, representing the brand.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with our target audience and followers through consistent engagement with their content.
  • Promote and support the generation of user-generated content.
  • Actively engage in relevant online forums, groups, and communities to expand the brand’s outreach.
  • Initiate and execute collaboration efforts, including co-authored carousels and joint posts.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content plan across all platforms.
  • Evaluate and analyze performance metrics across channels, implementing adjustments as necessary.

While your primary objective will be to elevate our brand’s presence and enhance visibility across various social media platforms, your role goes beyond the ordinary. It’s about being the heartbeat of our brand who not only loves basking in the spotlight but thrives on constant interaction.

Picture yourself as the vivacious face of our brand, where your bold and lively personality takes center stage in making our brand come alive. Moreover, you are humble and you share our passion for Getting Things Done (GTD). Furthermore, we expect that you can demonstrate:

  • Interactive Personality: Thrive on continuous interaction, ensuring the brand remains active and present in the minds of the audience at all times.
  • Brand Animation: Ability to bring the brand to life, making it not just visible but helpful and intimately personal to the audience.
  • Bold Presence: A fearless and bold approach to capturing attention and creating a memorable brand image.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively represent the brand online (English).
  • Strong Work ethic: Uphold the highest standards, ensuring every task you undertake is a testament to quality.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media marketing (2-3 years).
  • Confident communicator with a positive and proactive mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, BuzzSumo, etc.
