And now we’re looking for a stellar Customer Success Specialist: a true people person  who is passionate about proactively helping customers to have the best experience possible with our CRM product.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive product adoption via automated and interactive onboarding
  • Setup users for success by understanding key OnePageCRM target industries
  • Provide world-class onboarding support via screen share, live chat, and email
  • Host online webinars to help onboard multiple new users
  • Manage updates to the product FAQs and help site
  • Ask happy customers to review us on Google and other review sites
  • Help write case studies on Customer Success stories for the company blog

What we look for:

  • A self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and hands-on approach
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and planning skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional listener with ability to show empathy, and enjoys interacting with others
  • Proven ability to identify and solve problems
  • Minimum of 2 years customer success or customer service experience (preferably in a technical or software company)
  • Familiarity with customer support processes and systems
  • Fluent English Speaker
