Emails sometimes fail. And it’s especially frustrating when you send a few of them at once.
Until now, resending failed emails took a lot of effort. You had to look for each one and send it again yourself.
Now, OnePageCRM makes that a lot easier.
It notices when an email fails, adds it to one folder with any others, and sends you a notification. From there, you can resend them in seconds.
Find your failed emails
A new ‘Failed Send’ folder appears automatically in your Email Inbox when at least one email fails to send.
You'll see a count badge next to the folder, so you know at a glance how many need attention.
Each failed email shows a "Failed" label. Hover over it, and the label turns into a "Resend" button. One click, and the email goes out again.
If you don't want to resend, you can discard it instead.
Resend one or all at once
The Resend failed email feature works for both individual emails and bulk sends.
If a bulk email partially fails, you can resend individual emails from it. Or hit "Resend All".
Track everything in Activities
Failed emails also show up in the contact's timeline and on the Activities page, marked with a red icon.
So you can spot problems from any page you're working on.
This feature is available on all OnePageCRM plans, and it requires zero setup. When an email fails, OnePageCRM will let you know. Just hover over it, click Resend, and you’re good to go.
