Booked Calendly events now appear as Next Actions in your Action Stream, so you don’t have to check Calendly separately. For any contact with an associated Calendly event, a Calendly logo appears in the Action Stream so it’s easy to spot.

A Calendly-linked Next Action also appears on the Contact Page. Click it, and it takes you straight to the event in Calendly. You can manage the booking details there.
Insert a booking link straight into an email
Once Calendly is connected, a new option appears in the email editor in your CRM. Pick an event type, and the booking link is inserted into the email body straight away.
Calendly gets a Widget
Calendly is also available as a Widget!
It appears on the Contact Page, right alongside your other connected apps like WhatsApp, Mailchimp, Aircall, and QuickBooks.
Open a contact, and you'll see their past and upcoming Calendly events, with a click-through back to the full record in Calendly.
