Calendly

Calendly is a scheduling tool that lets leads and customers quickly book meetings with you through a shared link.

The Calendly integration syncs your Calendly events to OnePageCRM. Your booked meetings show up in the Action Stream and appear on the Contact Page. You can also insert a booking link into an email without leaving your CRM.

See booked meetings as Next Actions

Once Calendly is connected, booked meetings appear as Next Actions in your Action Stream and on Contact pages.

These Next Actions have a Calendly logo, so you can spot them right away.

You can mark any Calendly-associated Next Action as complete once the meeting time has passed.

Insert a booking link into an email

A Calendly logo appears in the email editor when you connect your Calendly account to OnePageCRM. Click it, pick the event type, and the booking link is inserted into the email body.

You don’t have to copy links from a separate tab or leave your CRM to book meetings.

Questions

Connecting Calendly to your CRM means a booked meeting syncs to the contact, so you don’t have to switch between two places to keep track of it.

Yes. Once Calendly is connected, a Calendly option appears in the email editor. Pick the event type, and the booking link is inserted into the email for you.

No. You have to create the meeting event in Calendly, and it then syncs to CRM once your Calendly account is connected. The event scheduled for the future can’t be changed from OnePageCRM, but you can edit it directly in Calendly. The changes will then sync to your CRM.
