Google Contacts

Google Contacts is Google's address book. It stores your contacts online and shares them across your devices, including your phone.

The Google Contacts CRM integration lets you save contacts from OnePageCRM to Google Contacts, so you can reach your full list of people from either app, on any device.

Save CRM contacts to Google Contacts in one click

Open a contact in OnePageCRM and save them to Google Contacts in a click, or select thousands and save them in bulk.

When their details change later, save them again. Google Contacts gets the update without creating a duplicate.

Know who's calling you

Contacts saved to Google Contacts reach your phone, so when a lead rings you see their name rather than an unknown number.

It works the other way too: their number is on your phone when you need to call from the road, without opening the CRM to look it up.

Questions

Name, address, phone number, email address, job title, company, and the profile picture where there is one. The contact's Background from OnePageCRM comes across too, stored as a note, handy for remembering how you met.

Yes, that direction works too. You can bring your Google Contacts into OnePageCRM, which is an easy way to fill a new CRM account from the address book you already have.

Select the updated contacts in OnePageCRM and save them to Google Contacts again. The new details replace the old ones, and nothing gets stored twice.
