Docusign

Docusign is an app for signing documents online. You send someone a contract or a form, and they read it and sign it on their phone or computer.

The Docusign CRM integration lists the agreements you sent a contact on their page in OnePageCRM, so you can see when each one went out and whether it has been signed.

See your Docusign agreements on the contact's page

Open a contact in OnePageCRM, and the Docusign widget is right inside their profile. Click it, and it lists the agreements you sent that person through Docusign.

For each one, you get the date it went out, the agreement's name, and its status. The status matches what Docusign shows, from Sent and Delivered all the way to Completed or Declined. So you can tell whether a contract has been signed before you get in touch.

And when you need the document itself, click the agreement, and it opens in Docusign.
