Web Forms

Web Forms is OnePageCRM's own online form builder. You build a simple form and share it on your website, in an email, or as a link.

When someone fills out your form, they become a contact in OnePageCRM, and a follow-up task is set for them automatically.

Build simple online forms in a CRM

No extra tool to buy or learn. The builder is part of OnePageCRM, and it lets you:

  • Use a simple drag-and-drop interface.
  • Choose colors to personalize your Web Form.
  • Add different field types (checkboxes, drop-down lists, etc.).

Capture new leads in a form

Once the form is ready, grab its URL and share it in an email or message, or paste the automatically generated code into your website.

You can also turn on email notifications, so you hear about every new response.

Nothing on top of your OnePageCRM plan. You can start with the 21-day free trial, and after it expires, pick whichever plan fits your business.

Embed them into web pages to collect names, contact details, feedback, or email preferences from customers and leads. A form can also travel on its own, shared as a URL in an email, a message, or a comment.

A form whose submissions get actioned, not just stored. Smart Web Forms automatically add a task (a Next Action) to every new submission, so someone always follows up.

Because paired with a CRM, they collect leads and start the follow-up in one move. In OnePageCRM, every new form contact can arrive with a task like "send an email" or "schedule an introductory call" already set, so no lead is forgotten.

It depends on your plan, but you can have several live at once, each on its own landing page (for ads, remarketing, social media). That also tells you the conversion rate of each channel.
