Invoco

Invoco is a UK telecom company. It provides virtual phone numbers, call tracking, and hosted phone systems for businesses.

The Invoco CRM integration logs your calls in OnePageCRM as they happen. Every call becomes a call note with a link to its recording, and callers you don't know yet become new contacts on their own.

Every call logged, without the typing

When a call comes in, Invoco looks the number up in your CRM in real time. A known caller gets a call note added to their record, with the call's details and a link to the recording.

An unknown caller becomes a new contact in OnePageCRM automatically, with the call note attached.

Put a name to every incoming call

When a call comes in, Invoco checks your CRM for the number and shows the caller's name in a desktop notification. Click the notification, and that contact's record opens in OnePageCRM.

On Invoco's hosted phone system, the caller's name reaches your desk phone too.

Start calls from a contact's page

You can start calls from the CRM as well. Click a phone number in OnePageCRM, and Invoco dials it for you. The call gets logged with its recording link, just like an incoming one.

Questions

Because calls are where the selling happens, and they vanish unless someone writes them down. This logs every call against the right contact on its own, recording included, so the history builds itself.

A call note on the contact with the call's result, the numbers involved, when it started, how long it ran, and a link that plays the recording in the Invoco portal.

Invoco creates a new contact in OnePageCRM automatically and adds the call note to it, so the caller and the conversation are both saved without you doing anything.
