Team collaboration made simple
Delegate the work, share what you know, and tell each other when something changes.

Align your team for better collaboration
Monitor team activities
The Activity page lists what the team has already done, newest first: notes, calls, meetings, deals, actions, and emails. Filter it to one person, or to one kind of update.

Adjust user permissions
Four roles, from Account Owner down. An Administrator can do everything except delete the account, and a plain User gets whatever permissions you switch on, one by one.
Focused Users see only the contacts assigned to them.

Comments and mentions
Tag a colleague in a note and they get an email about it. @all reaches everyone.
Contact ownership
Hand a contact to a teammate and their Next Actions go across too. You both get an email.
User Groups
Split the team into groups by function, branch, or location, and track each one’s numbers separately.
Private contacts
Mark a contact private and only its owner sees it. It works on its own, outside the shared database.
Documents
A shared area in your CRM for the pitch decks and price lists the whole team keeps reaching for.
Shared notes
Notes, call notes, and meeting notes sit on the contact, so whoever picks it up next can read them.
