Main objective: BUILD and PUBLISH smart/neat CODE
Responsibilities
- Write secure and scalable RoR code following best practices
- Work with the Tech Lead to develop overall application architecture
- Conduct code reviews and collaborate with the team on best engineering standards
- Support all aspects of infrastructure, code, DB’s, and other services
- Lead projects to completion
- Solve customer service support bugs

Experience
- 3-5 years of professional experience in software development
- Experience working with Ruby on Rails, MongoDB and React.js
- Distributed Version Control Systems (Git, Github)
- Experience with unit testing, automated testing (Rspec, Cucumber)
- HTML, JavaScript (React, jQuery)
- Experience with integrations/API (RESTful)
- Experience with AWS Cloud and infrastructure an advantage
- Linux knowledge an advantage (Scripting, Service config, Bash)
