Customer Success Champion

Main objective: Provide World-class Customer Support
(Maternity leave cover; fixed contract for 9 months)

Location: Galway (Ireland)

– Provide world-class support via phone, screen share, live chat, and email
– Troubleshoot issues and help resolve bugs
– Make outbound calls to potential new and existing customers
– Host weekly Getting Started webinars & specialist webinars
– Request happy customers to review us on Google and other review sites
– Recognize Customer Success Stories and write case studies for the company blog
– Manage updates on the Help Site

– A true people person – passionate about helping customers
– Proven ability to identify and solve problems
– Exceptional listener and ability to show empathy
– Strong attention to detail
– Excellent writing and communication skills
– Works well as part of a team
– Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks using their own initiative

– Minimum of 2 years experience in a SaaS-driven environment (preferred)
– Fluent / Native English speaker
