The Calendar Feed allows your Next Actions to be automatically pushed to your Outlook calendar. This integration can also be enabled for Apple Calendar (iCal) and Google Calendar (gCal).
Go to your
User Profile / Initials (in the top right hand corner) → Select
Apps and Integrations

Click on
Calendar Feed under
Utilities.

On the
Calendar Feed page, click on the
Install button.

Under the
configurationtab, Copy the
Calendar address and paste it into a calendar of choice.
Note: If required to generate a new URL, click on
Generate a new one link and copy URL again.
How to set up Outlook Desktop App

Go to your Outlook Calendar.

Go to
Open Calendar→ select
From Internet...

Paste the copied Calendar Address URL into the the
New Internet Calendar Subscriptionpop-up → click
OK.

Click
Advanced...

In the
Subscription Options pop-up enter the desired name for the calendar in the
Folder Name field → click
OK to save.

Your new calendar will be found under
My Calendars and your sales actions will now appear in your Outlook Calendar.
How to set up Outlook 365

Go to your Outlook 365 Calendar.

In the left menu click
Import calendar.

Under
Import calendar select
From web.

Paste the copied Calendar Address URL into the
Link to the calendar field.

Enter the desired name for the calendar in the
Calendar Name field.

Click
Import.

Your new calendar will be found under Other Calendars and your sales actions will now appear in your Outlook Calendar.
NOTE
It is not possible to manually set how often the calendar is refreshed.
Next Actions with a specified Date & time are assigned that date & time in your calendar. Next Actions with no specified time are displayed as all-day events.
