What referrals will I be rewarded for?
In OnePageCRM, affiliates receive a 20% commission for each transaction made by every paying customer they refer via their affiliate link (up to 1 year). For more details, have a look at the Terms & Conditions, or feel free to contact us at affiliates@onepagecrm.com.
How do I get my affiliate links?
Your unique affiliate link can be found in the Links section of your Affiliate Dashboard. You can generate additional custom links there too. Please make sure to use these links in all your ads. This is how we will know that a customer has made a purchase through your recommendation.
Can I earn commissions on my own transactions?
No, you cannot earn commissions by subscribing to OnePageCRM through your own affiliate links. You may receive an automatic notification that a sale has taken place, but your affiliate payments will not include commissions for that sale.
How do I link to a specific OnePageCRM page?
In the Links section of your Affiliate Dashboard, right below your default affiliate link, you can see your unique affiliate ID. You can create a custom affiliate link for any page on the OnePageCRM website by adding this ID to the end of the URL.
How do you track my referrals?
Our affiliate program uses cookies to track sales generated by your links. Cookies are used in three stages of tracking: 1) when your ad is clicked, 2) when a lead signs up, and 3) when a referred customer subscribes to OnePageCRM.
What is the cookie time?
Cookie time is the maximum amount of time between the last click and the conversion. We have a cookie time of 30 days. This means that if you refer a customer today and they create an account using your link within the next month, you will still be credited a commission for their subscription.
What is the maximum limit to my earnings?
There is no maximum limit on your earnings. You can earn an unlimited amount of commissions.
How are payments made?
Payments are made through PayPal only to the PayPal email address that you provided within your affiliate account.
Is there a minimum payout amount?
Yes. The minimum payout amount required in order to receive payment is 100 USD. Once you hit a minimum of 100 USD in unpaid revenue, you will receive payment within 30 days.
How often do I get paid?
We need 30 days to approve your affiliate commissions after a referral is created. Until then the commissions will be pending. After 30 days, your commissions become due and will be paid all together once you reach 100 USD.
What are Referrals and where are they displayed?
Referrals are OnePageCRM users that registered via your affiliate link and became paying customers. Referrals will appear on the Referrals page.
How to update my account settings?
Go to your Affiliate Dashboard, click on your name in the upper right corner, and then click on Edit profile. Please make sure you provide a valid PayPal email address.
