Best New Web Application in the Irish Web Awards

Last Saturday evening started off with a great talk by Eris Ries of the LeanStartup movement in Cafe en Seine, Dublin. Then we headed over to the Mansion House for the Irish Web Awards.

The awards are going from strength to strength every year, and this year they opened up the judging to approximately 170 independent judges, adding a real sense of community, balance and fairness to the whole event.

The tone of the Irish Web Awards, if you’ve never been at them, is very relaxed and casual – as you can see from the photo – and this is the way it should be.

As the night went on, the awards were dished out for all the diverse happenings on the internet, and then it came to the Best New Web Application/Service… “OnePageCRM!!” – so surprised we won, but delighted, I guess it’s a validation of our mad journey to develop a world-class CRM application.
