2009OnePageCRM foundedFrom a napkin sketch; the first designs of a GTD-based CRM were sketched in December.
Its manifesto: to focus 100% on sales actions, approach zero admin and be as easy to use as email.
2010MVP launchedOn 22nd March, the “Minimal Viable Product” version of OnePageCRM was published in public beta to gauge interest in such concept.
On day one, bloggers and Twitter folk cite this interesting new concept.
2011Viable businessAfter some pivots, iterations, learning, more iterations, OnePageCRM gets traction with a bunch of paying customers.
In November it becomes a viable business and our main focus.
2012Enhanced featuresAfter receiving great customer feedback we finalize our product roadmap.
Some core features added for complex team-to-team based selling, mobile and API for developers.
2013Business expansionOnePageCRM expands with a small team of Customer Success staff to build Zappos-style support and customer delight.
This marks a turning point in growth and validates our investment in people.
